Model licenses
Every Noema model is an open-weight release, not open source, and where each set of terms lives.
Open weights are not open source. Read a model's card before you redistribute it or build it into a product.

Open weights
Every Noema model, including Noema 1.5 4B (Deep and Fast), Noema 1.5 2B and the deprecated Noema 2B, is an open-weight release. The weights are publicly downloadable, but no open-source license is granted with these repositories.
Noema 1.5 4B is derived from Qwen3.5-4B, which the Qwen team released under the Apache License 2.0. The Noema 1.5 4B repositories include a copy of that license as LICENSE-Qwen3.5.

Noema Overfit packages
The Noema Overfit repository (opens in a new tab) repackages third-party mixture-of-experts models for paged inference. Each package keeps the license of its upstream model, and the repository lists them.

Noema Atlas is open source under the Apache License 2.0. Its source is on GitHub (opens in a new tab).
