Noema Teams administration
What each area of the Teams console controls, and what employees need to join.
Enroll employees, set role policy and manage approved devices from one console. Administrators sign in to the console; plans and deployment options are on the Noema Teams page.

Before you start
- Employees need Noema 4.2 or later on iPhone, iPad or Mac.
- A workspace owner completes the encryption setup. The browser creates the keys; Noema stores the encrypted files, while your organization keeps the keys to open them.
- Keep the encrypted recovery file somewhere safe, separate from its password. It restores the company's keys on another browser.
Console areas

Devices and access
Employees join with the Noema app, and an owner approves their encryption keys before company files are shared with them.
Revoking a device blocks future policy syncs and removes company data at the device's next launch. In workspaces with hosted encrypted delivery, offline access ends within the device's signed lease, at most 24 hours. When a role is removed, its members lose its permissions at their next policy sync.
Workspace policy can turn off app features such as web research and Constellation Boost.
