This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and Alexandru Stamate, not Apple. Alexandru Stamate is solely responsible for Noema and its content.
Welcome to Noema. Our mission is to give you an intelligent, private, and secure experience. By using Noema, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Apple App Store EULA Addendum below.
1. Commitment to Privacy
Noema processes data on-device by default so your conversations, requests, and settings stay under your control. Certain optional features—such as web search relays, crash reports, or remote endpoint syncing—may require limited network requests handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Noema
You may use Noema for lawful purposes only and must not violate any applicable laws or the rights of others. Do not misuse Noema or attempt to interfere with the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.
You must comply with your carrier or internet service provider terms and any third-party licenses or API requirements linked to features you enable.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software provided through Noema are the exclusive property of Alexandru Stamate or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except as permitted by law.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to content you submit. Noema processes that content locally whenever possible and does not transmit it to Alexandru Stamate unless you opt into features that clearly require connectivity.
Do not submit anything illegal, infringing, or harmful. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws when using generated content.
5. Pricing
Noema is free to download and every feature is available at no cost. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paywalls. If our pricing model ever changes, we will announce it clearly, update these Terms, and obtain consent as required.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Noema is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except where such warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. Alexandru Stamate works to maintain a secure, reliable platform but cannot guarantee that Noema will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alexandru Stamate is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Noema. Nothing in this EULA limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Legal Compliance
By using Noema, you represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargoes or listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and other international trade laws.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Noema evolves. When we do, we will notify you and update the effective date. Continuing to use Noema after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apple App Store EULA Addendum
- Acknowledgement. You and the end user acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between the end user and Alexandru Stamate, not with Apple. Alexandru Stamate is solely responsible for Noema and its content. This EULA does not provide usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to review.
- Scope of License. Subject to this EULA, Alexandru Stamate grants the end user a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Noema on any Apple-branded products the end user owns or controls, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Access by other accounts associated with the purchaser via Family Sharing or volume purchasing is permitted.
- Maintenance and Support. Alexandru Stamate is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Noema as required by applicable law or as stated in this EULA. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for Noema.
- Warranty. Alexandru Stamate is solely responsible for any product warranties, express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed in this EULA. If Noema fails to conform to any applicable warranty, the end user may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Noema, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are the sole responsibility of Alexandru Stamate.
- Product Claims. You and the end user acknowledge that Alexandru Stamate, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by the end user or any third party relating to Noema or the end user’s possession and/or use of Noema, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that Noema fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, data protection/privacy, or similar legislation. This EULA does not limit liability beyond what applicable law permits.
- Intellectual Property Rights. In the event of any third-party claim that Noema or the end user’s possession and use of Noema infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Alexandru Stamate, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal Compliance and Sanctions. By using Noema, the end user represents and warrants that (i) they are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) they are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. The end user agrees to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
- Developer Name and Contact. Alexandru Stamate
Email: noema.clientcare@gmail.com - Third-Party Terms. The end user must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Noema. For example, use of VoIP, web search, model downloads, network data services, or other integrations must comply with the end user’s wireless/data service agreement and any third-party licenses or APIs used within Noema.
- Third-Party Beneficiary. You and the end user acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon the end user’s acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against the end user as a third-party beneficiary.
