Native on macOS and visionOS
Noema arrives on macOS and visionOS, bringing on-device inference to the desktop and to spatial computing environments alike. The Mac experience is not a compromised port or a simplified companion app - it is the full Noema interface, rebuilt natively for the platform with the same privacy guarantees that have defined the project from the start.
Remote access, now part of Constellation
Noema 2.0 introduced Relay as a connection between your iPhone and Mac. That capability now lives inside Constellation, which adds automatic device discovery, chat and project sync, and several connection paths without requiring host IDs or endpoint setup.
Vision-aware prompting
You can now attach photographs to your prompts - up to five per message - and models equipped with the appropriate projectors process them directly on your device. The interface makes capability clear, showing which models support vision, adding a badge when images are queued, and gracefully disabling attachments when you reach the limit or pick an incompatible model.
Stronger tool calling for automation
Tool calling has been substantially improved. The underlying architecture now handles complex agentic sequences with greater reliability, opening possibilities for automation that previously required cloud-based solutions.
Accessibility, languages, and polish
Noema now speaks ten languages, accessibility has been refined with better keyboard navigation and color contrast, and countless smaller fixes add up to a more polished experience overall.
