Noema proposes file changes first. You can inspect the target, review the change, and decide whether it is applied.

Model choice
Local inference stays separate from remote connections.
Run compatible local models.
Prompts, project context, and model inference can remain on your hardware and work without a remote model provider.
Remote models are optional.
A remote model connection uses the network only when you configure and select it. That choice does not grant shell commands network access.
